Shipping Policy – Qatris Jewelry LLC

Thank you for shopping with Qatris Jewelry LLC. We are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and in compliance with Texas and federal shipping regulations.

 

 

1. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. For wholesale inquiries or international delivery requests, please contact us at info@qatrisjewelry.com.

 

 

2. Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

 

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

We offer the following shipping options:

 

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, if ordered before 12 PM CST)

 

Carrier services may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

 

4. Shipping Rates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders over $150 may qualify for free standard shipping.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

 

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Qatris Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate and provide a suitable resolution.

 

 

7. Address Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for delays or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

 

8. Signature Requirement

 

Orders valued over $500 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

 

 

9. Compliance with Texas Law

 

All shipping operations comply with Texas Business and Commerce Code and U.S. Postal regulations. Qatris Jewelry LLC maintains records for proof of shipment and transaction as required by law.

Return & Exchange Policy

 
​We’re sorry, but at this time we do not accept exchanges or returns on any of our pieces. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for another piece, except in cases that qualify under our warranty policy.
